SLC Meeting April 26

Pete’s Harbor was originally expected to be on the agenda of the next State Lands Commission meeting, Friday, April 26. However, the Pauls Corporation did not submit all of the necessary information to the SLC in time.
The next SLC meeting is scheduled for Friday, June 21. At this time, it is not known whether Pete’s Harbor will be on the agenda.
We encourage everyone to send an email supporting recreational boating in Redwood City, and in the Bay Area, to the SLC, c/o Kim (dot) Lunetta (at) slc (dot) ca (dot) gov, for distribution to the Commission.

State Lands Commission Meeting

We attended this week’s California State Lands Commission Meeting in Sacramento. Pete’s Harbor was not on the agenda, but we spoke in Public Comments, as did Ted Hannig, Paula Uccelli’s attorney. Please take the time to watch it. We think it will give you a better understanding of what we’re fighting for, and how strong we feel our case is, on many levels.
